| Hi. First, thanks to all of you who already know us and are a part of our regular guest list.
Caioti
Pizza Café is casual and comfortable by day, with a certain festive
"bistro ambiance" by night. Warm and family friendly, in the
destination neighborhood known as Tujunga Village. Creator of Caioti,
Ed LaDou, famous for his pizzas, salads and innovative entrees, started
Caioti at it's original location in Laurel Canyon 20 years ago. Moving
to Tujunga Village almost a decade ago, the legend continues.
Ed
has long been followed by the culinary world. His name first started
appearing in the press as the Pizzaola creating all the buzz at the
original Spago, Wolfgang Puck's famous Hollywood hangout. He then moved
on to consulting and creating much of the original concept and menu for
California Pizza Kitchens. He was known for his innovative use of
toppings and sauces, not previously used on pizza. He is famous for
creating "California Style Pizza", and has been called Pizza Guru and
The Prince of Pizza. He is the creator of Barbecued Chicken Pizza,
found now on menus across the nation. He had such a following for his
pizzas and salads he opened his own restaurant, Caioti Pizza Café in
Laurel Canyon, the summer of 1987.

Caioti today has found it's niche in the pedestrian friendly, eclectic mix of shops at Tujunga Village, in Studio City. We continue to strive towards improving the quality and artistry we believe makes Caioti Pizza Café a special destination.
Caioti's proud to offer the best in three world's of pizza making. Old world pizza with thin crust and Mediterranean flavors, new world pizza with contemporary ingredients and medium framed crust, and New York style pizza, our version of the classic Neapolitan American tradition. Caioti uses fresh herbs, artisanal cheeses, homemade sausages and sauces, hand selected vegetables and the finest local products available to craft our menu. Many of our pizzas feature fresh milk mozzarella, house made lamb sausage, seafood sausage made from lobster and crab, and vine ripened tomatoes.
The heart and soul of Caioti and it's menu will always be true to Ed LaDou's vision, style, and natural talent.
"The opportunity of nourishing people, watching them eat, seeing them relax and enjoy their moment in the café, and appreciating the art I hope my cooking achieves, this is what's it's about." Ed LaDou
We continue to maintain the highest standards by constantly striving to keep the regulars impressed and our first timers wowed.
Caioti Pizza Café continues to offer the "The Salad" that has become legendary and a rite of passage for expectant or overdue Moms. The salad dressing can also be purchased bottled to go, or you can visit the Maternity Salad Dressing website at: www.maternitysalad.com
We think of Caioti as an extension of our homes and invite you to join us seven days a week for lunch and dinner. We offer lots of choices for our amazing breakfast on weekends only. Our canine friends enjoy dining al fresco at our five outdoor tables.
