In the early 1980's Ed LaDou was lured to Los Angeles by Wolfgang Puck to create the pizzas at Spago. Later, LaDou designed and developed the original concept and menu for California Pizza Kitchens. In the late 1980's chef LaDou opened Caioti.
Originally a small rustic cafe in nearby Laurel Canyon, Caioti Pizza Cafe moved to Studio City in 1999. Throughout it's history, Caioti thas been widely praised for its innovative cuisine and wonderful pizzas. With a small, friendly, laid-back atmosphere, featuring Van Morrison, Motown and Reggae on its sound system, Caioti is the perfect place to relax for a casual meal.
Caioti Pizza Cafe is widely known for a salad that has become legendary and a rite of passage for expectant or overdue Moms.

| Caioti Pizza Cafe is located in a neighborhood known as Tujunga Village. in Studio City, California.
Directions:
We are adjacent to the 170, the 101 and the 134 freeways, just south of the intersection of Moorpark Ave and Tujunga Ave and 8 blocks north of Ventura Boulevard.
Studio City is about 12 miles from downtown Los Angeles, and near Univeral Studios.
We are a 30 seat neighborhood cafe open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Lunch starts at 11:00 am and ends at 4:00.
Dinner starts at 4:00 pm until we close at 10:00 pm during the week and at 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
On Saturday and Sunday we offer a creative breakfast/brunch/lunch, opening at 9:00 am.
Sorry, we don't take reservations.
